Nadal and Soderling (again)

Poor old Rafa Nadal lost to Robin Soderling again today.  The same (rather bullying) tactics which got him through against Rafa in the French worked at the O2 arena.  Oh well.  I am not a fan of Soderling, who has an odd intensity which I find rather more disturbing than impressive.  And certainly he could work on his manners (Soderling’s lack of gentlemanly behaviour on the court is, in fact, the origin of the dislike between the two).  The worst part is, Soderling wasn’t even supposed to be in London: he replaced the injured Andy Roddick.

Nadal will play Nikolay Davydenko on Wednesday.
